Terms of Service for Clients

By using the HireReach platform to create forms and collect user data, you agree to the following:

1. Your Obligations

As a client of HireReach, you agree that:

1.1 Legitimate Purpose: You will use the platform only for legitimate purposes (real job postings, genuine recruitment, etc.).

1.2 No Deception: You will not create forms that impersonate government agencies, reputable companies, or misrepresent the nature of the opportunity.

1.3 Data Usage: You will use the personal data collected through our platform ONLY for the purpose stated on your form.

1.4 No Resale: You will NOT sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties without explicit user consent.

1.5 Data Retention: You will delete all user data within 90 days of completing the recruitment process.

1.6 Privacy Policy: You will maintain your own privacy policy that is accessible to users.

1.7 Compliance with Laws: You will comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA, and GDPR.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our platform to:

  • Collect personal information under false pretenses
  • Create fake job postings or scam opportunities
  • Collect sensitive information (SSN, bank account details, health data) without compliance with relevant laws
  • Engage in deceptive lead generation practices
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA, GDPR, or any other applicable laws

3. Consequences of Violation

If we determine that you have violated these terms:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent ban from the platform (at our discretion)
  • Report to relevant authorities (as required by law)
  • Notification to affected users (if required)

4. Reporting Violations

Users who believe a form violates these terms can report it via our Report Abuse form.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia (European Union) and, where applicable, by GDPR.
